"Our visit was fine until checkout when a hard cased rolling piece of luggage rolled off an upper shelf striking my 7yr old child in the head causing a large goose egg and abrasion. Not ONE of the several associates around asked if he was ok or responded to the situation despite him crying in obvious pain. When I said something to the 2 associates merchandising the front entry (one being the male asset protection employee) the female said oh, is he ok? I replied No, the luggage fell on his head. They made zero effort to offer assistance, glanced around, and turned back to their work. The fact you have ROLLING, HARD CASED luggage merchandised upright on shelves ABOVE head level is absurd and the extreme lack of care and concern shown by your staff is repulsive. Needless to say that was the last time we will be shopping Gordmans."
